    Best builds (spoiler)

Post your favorite builds. My best builds look good and have an effective strategy. Here are a few I'm wlling to share:

    Gorok- Bonethug

    ***://img193.imageshack.us/img193/1148/bonethug.jpg

    Head- Noz Horn Cluster

    Left- Plazmog Cannon

    Back- Gordaw Bones

    Right- Vonnon Ice Axe

    Tail- Klonan Tail

Powers- Fearful Fart, Overburn, Consume Vitality, Healing Tablet, Poison Cloud

This build has 1 part from each element, excellently balanced defence, and strong heal. Also, you can set up a guaranteed 3-hit combo with a little Random Activation luck. Fearful fart stuns head, which guarantees at least one sword w/ Plazmog Cannon(left), Concussive Blast stuns back, which guarantees at least one sword w/ Vonnon Ice Axe(right). Klonan tail is a particularly powerful part since Persistant Wound was reduced from preventing healing for 3 turns to 2, and Fearful Fart adds a little extra damage to it's weak attack, while also rounding out the stun strategy.

    Merasha- Dangel

    Head- Skazar Horns

    Left- Hot Rock Belcher

    Back- Venrath Wings

    Right- Vorak Power Axe

    Tail- Crog Tail

Powers- Overburn, Poison Cloud, Medkit, Healing Tablet, Motivational Monster Trainer

This creature also features an attack from each element, a well-balanced defense, and a good mix of stun and stack attacks. It also makes good use of "complimentary parts" strategy. Certain parts compliment each other, like Head/Right, Head/Back, Left/Right, Back/Tail, and Left/Tail. I say this because you can counter the opponent's counter attempt on that particular part with at least a 3-sword hit. For example, (Left/Tail) Left is countered by Head, Head is countered by Tail, Tail is countered by Right, Left scores 3 swords vs right. The hard part is guessing which counter your opponent will choose, but gives you a little leverage in controlling the battle. The obvious complimentary part srategy invloves a part that reduces defense coupled with a part of the same element, but this build's parts compilment eachother with stuns (Left/Tail) and stack(Right/Head). I like using Motivational Monster Trainer with stack builds.

Cycloptor- Blue Feringo (Tournament-dominating, Wink's original build)

    ***://img186.imageshack.us/img186/2866/blueferigno.jpg

    Head- Brawlzat Horns

    Left- Toxic Needler

    Back- Gralik Spikes

    Right- Toxic Needler

    Tail- Gorgodon Tail

Powers- Poison Punch, Venomous Touch, Microscopic Spines, Healing Tablet, Consume Vitality

This build again has a well-balanced defense, and very powerful attack. The attacks are lopsided toward Poison, but the two debuffs make it effective. This build takes full advantage of the complimentary part/debuff strategy with Left/Tail and Left/Right, with a bonus attack power on each part. When Wink hit level 41, I had to swich his build because this build is most effective w/ common powers.

These are few builds that I am particularly proud of, but even the strongest creature will lose if it can't score swords. My intention for creating this thread wasn't so that my builds could be copied(feel free though, good luck), but to hopefully aid and provide insight in creating some Best Builds.

    Re: Best builds (spoiler)

Very nice fishtank. I appreciate the effort you put into this post. It's nice that you explained why you chose the parts/powers for each creature. It will give me something to think about next time I change one of my creatures.

Oh and not trying to take over your post, but there is one combo I'd like to share that has worked out nicely for me. Giving a creature the Velkin Razorfin and the Lava Nozel along with the Overburn power. Velkin Razorfin and Lava Nozel both have a chance to deal 8 damage for 3 turns and using Overburn along with the Lava Nozel will add another 8 fire damage for 2 turns. What could possibly happen is one turn you get the 8 fire damage for 3 turns using the Lava Nozel and then use Overburn to get another 8 fire damage for 2 turns. Then use Velkin Razorfin the next round and get 8 physical damage for 3 turns and use another Overburn to get another 8 fire damage for 2 more turns. 8 may not sound like a lot of damage, but if you can get that combo to work out the result is a possible extra 80 damage from what you did during those 2 turns.

Oh, you didn't take over my post at all, I encourage others to share builds/strategies. You just described an excellent stack strategy.
