Hey guys, I just thought I would make this thread so everyone can know how to make their posts unique. Have you seen how DM has his posts in a green font? You can do that and more! Just look below to see what you would like to add to your posts.

What is it?

   You can make your posts unique by adding color, background color, size, and font. Make your text color any color you can think of. Make the space around your text colors too. Size your text by number. Change the font of your text.

How is this done?

   The above is done my a very simple html used all around you. Its very easy to understand and easier to do! It uses the simple < and > to operate and html inbetween.I will explain it all below.

Colors

   You can change the color of your text very easily. Here is an example: This is red text. Look below for colors to choose from!

Easy-type colors:

   Blue -- green -- purple -- red -- orange -- brown -- you can also easy type other basic colors like this if you want.

Code colors:

   Color codes are ones that look like #FFFFFF (white) or #800080 (purple), etc. You can find a great color code finding site here: www.computerhope.com/htmcolor.htm

How:

When you click the html button above (beside the paste from Word button -- the button on the far right) a window pops up. that page will have html code in it. For example:

<p>your post here</p>

It may also have other code in it you don't reconize; don't mind them. JUST to the RIGHT of (do NOT enter a space) <p>, you will put:

<span style="color:___">

In the place I put an under score, you will put an easy-type color or a code color. It will look like:

<span style="color:your color here">

JUST to the LEFT of (do NOT enter a space) </p>, you will put:

</span>

When you are done, it should look like:

<p><span style="your color here">your post here</span></p>

Background colors

   Just like the text colors, you can change the color of the background. This is also known as highlighting. Here is an example: this is a blue background color. Learn how below!

   Just as above, when you click the html button, it should look like:

<p>your post here</p>

Just and unlike like above you will put:

<span style="background-color:your color here">

and

</span>

just inside (without spaces) the <p> and </p>

When you are done, it should look like:

<p><span style="background-color:yourcolor here">your post here</span></p>

If you already have a </span> before </p>, you may not need to pun another </span> beside it.

Size

   Put a <font size="_"> and </font> just inside <p> and </p> once again without spaces. Replace the _ with a number 1-100 in. It should look like:

<p><font size="size number here">your post here</font></p>

Font

   Put a <font face="__\"> and </font> just inside <p> and </p> once again without spaces. Replace the _ with a font listed at the bottom. It should look like:

<p><font face="your font here">your post here</font></p>
