Shelter Pets Need Homes

On any given day, an average of 500,000 dogs and cats are waiting in shelters nationwide, according to data from Best Friends Animal Society. The organization works with more than 6,000 shelter and rescue group partners to end the killing of dogs and cats in America’s shelters and make the country no-kill.
